  1. Introduction to Parasite basics
  2. Dewormer Use and Parasite control
  3. Integrated Parasite management
  4. Using FAMACHA

This workshop is designed for sheep and goat producers who want to become FAMACHA certified. Participants will receive hands-on training, which will include a FAMACHA card and a certificate at the completion of the workshop.

Registration fee of $15 covers your certification card. Registration is requested by October 9.

Program will begin at Mt. Zion Church at 3pm with Dinner at 5 pm. (Dinner by Gobbler Grill, sponsored by Rockingham Coop)

This meeting is hosted by Virginia Cooperative Extension (Augusta and Rockingham counties) and the Virginia Sheep Producers Association.
